Quick and Easy Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts and set them aside. Add marinara sauce to the Instant Pot and stir to coat the bottom.
  6. Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each breast.
  7. Cover the Instant Pot and set it to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Once the cooking time is complete, use the quick release method to release the pressure.
  9. Remove the lid and serve the chicken breasts with the sauce.
