Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
