Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pork belly
- 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 8-10 steamed buns
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced scallions
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Place the pork belly in a baking dish and rub the marinade all over it evenly.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
