Delicious Pork Belly Buns Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of pork belly
  • 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 8-10 steamed buns
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Sliced scallions
  • Sriracha sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the pork belly in a baking dish and rub the marinade all over it evenly.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
