If you're looking for a classic, juicy burger recipe, look no further. This recipe is perfect for a summer BBQ, or any occasion that calls for delicious comfort food. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until grill marks form. Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  5. Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding toppings of your choice.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
