 Ingredients:
 - 1 pound of ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings (optional)
 Instructions:
 - In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until grill marks form. Flip the patties over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding toppings of your choice.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
