Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until tender.
