Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the peaches.
- Place the peaches cut-side down onto the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes or until grill marks appear.
- Using tongs, carefully flip the peaches over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool for a minute or two.
- Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
