Delicious Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

There's nothing quite like the taste of tender, juicy pulled pork, especially when it's slow-cooked to perfection. In this recipe, we'll show you how to make mouth-watering pulled pork sandwiches that are sure to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lbs. pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 8-10 hamburger buns

First, preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder until it's evenly coated.

Next, place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over it. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is tender and falls apart easily with a fork.

Once the pork is fully cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Toast the hamburger buns and fill them with the pulled pork. Top with coleslaw, pickles, or any other toppings of your choice. Serve hot and enjoy!
