Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup of carrot, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
To start, whisk the eggs in a bowl with milk, water, salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
