Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the macaroons at 350°F for 12-15 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
Let the macaroons cool before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
