Satisfy your cravings with scrumptious Sautéed Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles and Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and paprika, cooking until the tomatoes start to soften and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the tomato mixture from the skillet and set aside in a bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside in a bowl.
- Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but not mushy.
- Add the tomato mixture and shrimp back into the skillet and toss everything together until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
