Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of pork ribs
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
To start, preheat your oven to 300°F. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, paprika, cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
Next, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork ribs and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned. Transfer the ribs to a baking dish and pour the apple cider vinegar over them. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
Once the pork ribs are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then, brush them with barbecue sauce and place them on a grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are crispy and caramelized. Serve your delicious and spicy pork ribs with your favorite sides and enjoy!
