Delicious Beef Stir Fry with Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

To start, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef slices and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the skillet and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another minute or two until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
