Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup chicken broth
