Delicious Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Chicken Stir Fry is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for busy weeknights. This flavorful recipe is packed with protein and veggies, making it a healthy and satisfying meal. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water. Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat.
