Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of flatbread
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano), chopped
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic and herb mixture onto one side of each piece of flatbread.
Place the flatbread, garlic and herb side down, on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted and has grill marks. Flip the flatbread over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is toasted and has grill marks.
Remove the flatbread from the grill and cut into smaller pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy!
