Grilled Pork Chops with Apple and Sage Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup diced apple
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the diced apple, chopped sage, diced onion, breadcrumbs, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each pork chop by cutting horizontally through the center. Stuff each pork chop with the apple and sage mixture, dividing evenly among the four chops.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
