Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Roll mixture into 16 evenly sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, slice the sub rolls in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- When the meatballs are done, place 4 on each sub roll.
- Cover the meatballs with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
