Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 1 can of tomato soup
To start, spread a tablespoon of butter on one side of two slices of bread. Place a slice of American cheese in between the two slices.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy.
Meanwhile, heat a can of tomato soup according to package directions in a separate saucepan.
