Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Brush the honey mustard glaze onto the pork tenderloin and continue to cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F.
- Remove the pork tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
