Ingredients:
- 1 pound dried navy beans
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 4 cups water
Start by rinsing and sorting through the dried navy beans to remove any debris or stones. Then, add the beans to your Instant Pot along with the diced onion and water.
Next, add the molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir everything together until well combined.
Close the lid of your Instant Pot and set it to cook on high pressure for 40 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes, then carefully release any remaining pressure.
Give the baked beans a good stir and serve them hot alongside your favorite main dish. These beans are the perfect side dish for a summer barbecue or a cozy winter dinner.
