Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Start by preheating your oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until a smooth batter forms.
Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until each floret is coated. Place the coated florets onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
For the Spicy Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until well combined. Set aside.
Once the cauliflower wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them into a mixing bowl. Pour the spicy buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until each wing is coated in the sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
