Delicious and Easy Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Chicken fajitas are a classic Tex-Mex dish that never goes out of style. This recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor, making it the perfect meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour or corn tortillas, for serving
  • Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, etc.

To start, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.

Serve the chicken fajitas with warm tortillas and your desired toppings. Enjoy!
