- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced apple
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture on both sides of the pork chops.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the green cabbage, grated carrots, red onion, and thinly sliced apple to the bowl and toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve the grilled pork chops with a generous spoonful of apple slaw on top.
Tips:
- Make sure to let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
- If you don't have a grill, you can also cook the pork chops in a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
- Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your liking. You can add more or less salt, pepper, garlic powder, or any other spices you prefer.
