Delicious Beef and Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef chuck roast, sliced thinly
  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 8 oz noodles (udon or ramen)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
