- 14 oz. extra-firm tofu, sliced into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, honey, and chili garlic sauce until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
