Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
To start, preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, green bell pepper, celery, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
