Baked Salmon with Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped into florets
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
