Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the butter. Once melted, add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the chicken broth, pasta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir well.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 6 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of the pressure and remove the lid.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
