Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 8-10 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions:
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl with the spices and toss to coat.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave or on a griddle.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the cooked shrimp, shredded cabbage, and sliced avocado to each tortilla.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over each taco and enjoy!
