Ingredients:
 - 8 ounces of sweet potato starch noodles
  - 8 ounces of thinly sliced beef
  - 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  - 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  - 1 carrot, julienned
  - 1 onion, sliced
  - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  - 1 tablespoon sugar
  - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  - Salt and pepper to taste

 Instructions:
 - Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the sweet potato noodles for about 7 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  - In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  - Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 10 seconds. Then, add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
  - Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still slightly crunchy.
  - Add the cooked sweet potato noodles and the soy sauce mixture to the wok. Stir-fry for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
