Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tbsp. of butter.
