Delicious Beef and Vegetable Curry with Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 can coconut milk
