Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup snow peas

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- Add sliced bell peppers, onion, broccoli florets, and snow peas to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir until the chicken and vegetables are coated.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
