Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
To start, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, and minced garlic to create the lemon dill butter sauce.
Once the grill is hot, place the salmon fillets on the grill and brush generously with the lemon dill butter sauce. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the grilled salmon hot off the grill, drizzled with any remaining lemon dill butter sauce. This dish pairs perfectly with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad.
