Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole head of cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the leaves start to soften. Remove from the water and let cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, diced onion, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Carefully remove the leaves from the cabbage head, and trim the tough rib from the bottom of each leaf. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each leaf, and roll up, tucking in the sides to create a tight bundle.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
- Place the cabbage rolls in a large baking dish, and pour the tomato mixture over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
