Delicious Grilled Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables Recipe

Nothing beats a juicy and flavorful grilled steak, and when paired with roasted potatoes and vegetables, it becomes the perfect meal for any occasion. This recipe is easy to make and will leave your taste buds satisfied.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of sirloin steak
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by preheating your grill to high heat. While the grill is heating, wash and slice your potatoes into thin rounds. Cut the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast the potatoes in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

In a large bowl, toss the bell peppers and onion with the minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the sirloin steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced steak with the roasted potatoes and mixed bell peppers and onion. Enjoy!
