  • 2 pounds of beef short ribs, cut across the bone into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of rice wine
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the short ribs from the marinade and shake off any excess liquid. Discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the short ribs for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your liking.
