Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of beef short ribs, cut across the bone into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of rice wine
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the beef short ribs to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
