  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating up, prepare the salmon fillets by brushing them with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
