Quick and Easy Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice, for serving

To start, turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function. Once it's hot, add some oil and sauté the diced onion until it's soft and translucent.
