Baked Sweet Potato with Black Beans, Avocado, and Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4 medium sweet potatoes- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed- 1 avocado, diced- 1/2 cup of salsa- Salt and pepper, to taste- Olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Pierce each sweet potato with a fork a few times.3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and brush them with olive oil.
