Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh salmon, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
