- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Gently add the meatballs to the skillet, making sure they are all coated in the tomato sauce.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite pasta or crusty bread.
