Ingredients:
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the shrimp, make sure to use large and fresh shrimp to enhance the flavor and texture of the dish. If possible, purchase fresh shrimp from a local seafood market.
