Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Start by selecting four ripe peaches that are in season. Make sure they are not too soft, as they will lose their shape during grilling. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Brush the mixture onto the cut side of the peaches, making sure they are well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Once hot, place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear. Flip the peaches over and brush the other side with the honey balsamic mixture. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
Remove the peaches from the grill and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle any remaining honey balsamic glaze over the top and serve immediately.
