Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
