- 2 pounds of chicken wings or drumsticks
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup of hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, shaking off any excess, then dip it into the buttermilk mixture, making sure it's well-coated.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.

- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and brush the sauce over each piece.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the chicken is crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
