Delicious Broiled Halibut with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb halibut fillet
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Start by preheating your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with olive oil. Season both sides of the halibut fillet with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Place the fillet on the prepared baking sheet and top with lemon slices.
