Delicious Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound of broccoli florets
  • 1 pound of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
