Delicious Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.2. Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and yellow squash into bite-size pieces.3.
