Ingredients

Instructions
- Set your instant pot to sauté mode and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

- Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, carefully release any remaining pressure by turning the valve to venting.
- Open the lid and stir the quinoa and black bean mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
