 Ingredients:
 -   8 eggs 
-   1/2 lb ground sausage 
-   1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
-   1/4 cup almond flour 
-   1/4 cup heavy cream 
-   1/4 cup diced green onions 
-   1/2 tsp baking powder 
-   1/2 tsp salt 
-   1/4 tsp black pepper 
 Instructions:
 -   Preheat the oven to 375°F. 
-   In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond flour, heavy cream, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. 
-   In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and add the cooked sausage to the egg mixture. 
-   Add the shredded cheddar cheese and diced green onions to the egg mixture and stir until well combined. 
-   Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and ladle the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 of the way full. 
-   Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and set. 
-   Remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before removing and serving.
